The “Ultimate Fallout #4 2nd Print Set (First Appearance of Mies Morales) Buyer Participation Giveaway” (Giveaway) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”).
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth below.
HOW TO ENTER: The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on April 8, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on August 30, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”) or when we receive 100 entries (whichever comes firs).
ENTRY METHOD: Take a photo of your order and share it on your Instagram page with the corresponding hashtag from your order i.e. #FDCWHATNOT, #FDCEBAY, or #FDCSTORE to be entered to win. Don’t forget to tag us @fandamncollectibles in the caption! You can also reference the instructions that were included with your order.
WINNER SELECTION: All eligible entries will be entered on a wheel for a live prize selection. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all of the eligibly entries during the live prize selection. The winner will be contacted on their Instagram within 24 hours of selection. The winner will have seven (7) business days to respond to the winner notification to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed after seven business days, Fandamn Collectibles, LLC will select another winner who will then be contacted on their Instagram account within 24 hours of selection and have seven business day to respond and claim their prize.
ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the USA who have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”) and have made verifiable purchase from Fandamn Collectibles, LLC. Employees, officers and representatives of Fandamn Collectibles (the “Administrator”), their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing, and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification.
